Kristine’s work is deeply rooted in her personal journey of resilience, including her battle with Ramsey Hunt Syndrome, a rare condition that affected her hearing and balance. This experience inspired her to integrate her log-rolling metaphor — “Life’s like balancing on a rolling log; every step counts, so don’t ever give up” — into her coaching, presentations, and speaking engagements as a symbol of persistence, adaptability, and growth.
After overcoming Ramsey Hunt Syndrome, Kristine deepened her mission to help others reclaim their strength and purpose, proving that balance is always possible — one step at a time. Passionate about giving back, Kristine donates significant proceeds from her books to charitable causes, including women’s cancer groups and library foundations.
Beyond her professional work, Kristine enjoys spending time in nature, connecting with her community, and supporting philanthropic causes. She donates significant proceeds from her books to women’s cancer groups, library foundations, and other charitable initiatives. Learn more about Kristine’s story and work at KristineOchu.com.
